Ani Difranco

Angela Maria Ani DiFranco was born in Canada. She is American. Her work has been featured on more than 20 studio albums. DiFranco's songs are classified as folk and alternative rock. But, they have influences from hip hop as well as jazz, and punk. Ani DiFranco, widely regarded as the feminist's icon, and Grammy-winning artist is considered the creator of DIY music.
